Job Summary
Structural Heart Advanced Practice Provider needed for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s Center for Cardiovascular Health in Silverdale, WA as a 1.0 FTE role. The APP will be part of a multidisciplinary cardiology program that supports high-volume services including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, imaging, vascular and surgical teams. Requires WA RN license and ARNP license; prescriptive authority and DEA/NPI considerations may apply. 1+ years cardiology APP experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license (ARNP) in Washington state
- Washington State Registered Nurse License
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA license or DEA number may be required for prescriptive practice
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number may be required
- Prescriptive authority
