Advanced Practice Provider - APRN or PA - Year's Ahead

Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic study interpretation for acute, critical, and chronic conditions. Manage independent clinic schedules with responsibilities for order entry, treatment implementation, medication reconciliation, and clinical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through daily transition huddles and participate in mandatory quality assurance chart reviews. Maintain current Ohio licensure and National Board Certification while overseeing on-call and weekend duties as assigned.

  • National Board Certification (APRN)
  • Master's degree (PA)
  • National Certification (PA)
  • National Board Certification as a CNP, CNS, CNM, or CRNA (APRN certification to match scope of practice)
  • National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current Ohio Board of Nursing license for APRN
  • Current Ohio License 50RX – License to practice as a physician assistant with prescriptive authority
