Job Summary
Conduct outpatient urology clinic services in a Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Utilize EPIC EMR while working within a 100% outpatient setting supported by specialty services and patient-focused staff. Maintain autonomy in your practice as a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with current Illinois licensure and a DEA license. Join a team recognized for outstanding patient care and innovative programs including NICU telemedicine and robotic surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Current PA/NP licensure in Illinois
- DEA license
