Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical practices, experience in APP recruitment, and the ability to foster connections with potential hires, all while aligning with our mission of providing quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in provider recruitment
- Strong understanding of APP roles and scope of practice
- Demonstrated ability to assess clinical qualifications and cultural alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of APP scope of practice
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Additional Requirements
- Must be based out of the Austin, TX area
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
