Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose and manage spine, neurological, and chronic pain conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including imaging and laboratory testing, while performing in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks. Prescribe medications within your scope of practice, educate patients on diagnoses and long-term care plans, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule in Daytona, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous APP experience preferred
- Experience in pain management, neurology, orthopedics, PM&R, spine, or another related outpatient specialty preferred
- Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology)
- Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Experience with EMR documentation
- Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
