Job Summary
Nocturnist Critical Care Advanced Practitioner role at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL. Provide care in a 16-bed CCU on a 7-on/7-off schedule (7p-7a), including admissions, consults, and post-op coverage with central/arterial line placement and intubation as highly desired (training available). Requires NP or PA program graduation; Illinois licensure eligibility; Acute Care certification for NPs. On-the-job training with a collaborating physician. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited NP or PA Program
- NPs must hold Acute Care certification
- ACNP or PA Must have practice experience post education
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois
