Job Summary
Conduct clinic visits for new and follow-up patients with inpatient rounding at the state-of-the-art Good Samaritan Hospital. Collaborate within a team of three physicians and two other Advanced Practice Providers. Maintain Monday-Friday coverage from 8am to 4:30pm. Maintain current PA or NP licensure in Illinois with a preference for one year of cardiology experience. Join a not-for-profit Catholic institution serving the Southern Illinois community.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- Current PA/NP licensure in the appropriate state
- Illinois NP or PA license
- Minimum Qualifications
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer one year of practice experience
- Receptive to new/recent graduates with rotational experience in cardiology
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and team-building skills
