Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider responsible for performing complete medical histories, detailed assessments, and appropriate diagnostic workups; formulate diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals; implement emergency stabilization when needed; interpret data to guide patient management; provide health-care guidance to patients and families; collaborates with other providers to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction. Requires board certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA), active PA/NP licensure, DEA and state CS certificate, with ability to multi-task and work independently. Role involves care within AFC franchised locations, with a part-time schedule and in-person duties at East Hanover, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified
- Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice
