Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider at an AFC franchised location delivers patient-centered primary/urgent care. Responsibilities include taking complete health histories, developing medical assessments, ordering labs/radiology, formulating diagnoses, initiating therapy or referrals, managing emergency situations, interpreting data, and providing health-care guidance to patients and families. Ideal candidate holds board certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA) and active PA licensure, with ER/UC experience preferred; part-time with potential for full-time, and ability to collaborate with other providers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified
- Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
- Able to multi-task and work independently
