Job Summary
Provide medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up to specialty populations in pulmonary hypertension. Deliver specialized knowledge and critical thinking under limited direction while coordinating with medical providers. Maintain internal and external communication skills to adhere to National Patient Safety Goals. Requires population-specific competencies and strong judgment based on biologic, physiological, behavioral, and sociological sciences. Schedule is 8 am to 4:30 pm.

- Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care NP or a PA)
