Job Summary
Assess patients and populations, develop and evaluate plans of care, and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established guidelines. Clearly document and communicate information in written and verbal forms while serving as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills. Assist in the education and training of new and existing staff, participate in data collection or auditing for quality improvement, and leverage technology to optimize healthcare outcomes. Maintain current Ohio Advanced License and national certification as an APRN or PA. Work Monday through Friday, day shift, 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science degree or equivalent provision
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio
- Maintains national certification as APRN in the appropriate population foci for the position, or PA
- Maintains a current Ohio Advanced License
- Monday- Friday, Day Shift 36 hours per week
- OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Blood and/or Bodily Fluids, Chemicals/Medications, Climb stairs/ladder, Communicable Diseases and/or Pathogens, Driving motor vehicles (work required)
- OCCASIONALLY: Flexing/extending of neck, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning
- OCCASIONALLY: Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs
- OCCASIONALLY: Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs
- OCCASIONALLY: Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs

- OCCASIONALLY: Pushing / Pulling: 100 lbs or greater with assistance
