Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' healthcare problems in a predominantly outpatient urgent care setting with 364 days of patient access. Plan, coordinate, and provide care for at-risk or complex patients while performing delegated medical services within your scope of practice. Apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement changes to the plan of care, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility policy. Anticipate and communicate changes in patient status, order appropriate tests and therapies, and provide referrals as needed. Respond appropriately to emergency situations based on individual patient needs. This role is part of the MHUC-Rapid Valley Urgent Care team at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital, Inc.
