Job Summary
Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity in a premier, physician-led cardiology practice. As part of the Fort Worth Heart and US Heart and Vascular team, the APP will work closely with Cardiologists, independently manage patient care, and educate patients within an outpatient cardiology setting across subspecialties including general cardiology, EP, and vascular. Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing with NP or PA program graduation, active Texas license (or willingness to obtain), and DEA along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Candidates should have at least two years of cardiology experience (new graduates considered) and strong outpatient experience. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call, competitive benefits, CME allowance, and licensing reimbursements. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing; NP or PA program graduate (Accredited NP or PA program graduate)
- Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA license valid
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Experience: at least two years in cardiology; new graduates considered
- Outpatient cardiology experience preferred
- Proficiency in EKGs, patient assessments, and cardiology management
