Advanced Practice Nurse -Specialty - PRN, On Call - General Cardiology

Provides advanced nursing care across specialties including Emergency Room, Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Psychiatric Mental Health, Urogynecology, Oncology and Rheumatology. Responsibilities include data collection through medical histories and examinations, assessment and formulation of diagnoses, development and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with the collaborating physician, documentation of care in the medical record, facilitation of telephonic and virtual encounters, patient education and counseling, ensuring safety and culturally sensitive care, leading and coordinating the health care team, and maintaining licensure and certification in accordance with state and organizational policies.
