Job Summary
Clinical leader role overseeing consultations, diagnostics, and advanced treatments across hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and aesthetics. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, ordering/interpreting labs, performing procedures (blood draws, IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, injections), delivering aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers where applicable), monitoring progress, educating clients on memberships and supplements, maintaining HIPAA-compliant EMR documentation, and collaborating with the team to achieve clinic performance goals. Requires active NP/PA/MD license, 2+ years in hormone therapy/weight loss/aesthetics, strong knowledge of functional medicine and patient-centered planning, EMR experience, and strong communication/critical-thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
- 2+ years of experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong knowledge of functional medicine, longevity care, and patient-centered treatment planning
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills
