Job Summary
Conduct physical exams, observe geriatric patients, and manage complex health issues in their homes, ILFs, memory care facilities, and senior communities. Record medical histories in the EMR, create care plans, order diagnostic tests, and assess medication effectiveness. Diagnose conditions, modify treatment plans as needed, consult with families, and train patients on illness prevention. Collaborate with on-site physicians and families to ensure safe care delivery. Full-time positions offer health/dental insurance, retirement accounts, and PTO; no weekends or holidays are required. Applicants must reside in Arlington and possess one year of geriatric NP experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a NP caring for Geriatric patients, preferably in the home environment
- Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English proficiently
- Must live in Arlington
- Must be able to commute to the patients' homes
- NO ON CALL
- NO WEEKENDS
- NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS
