Role includes developing and documenting individualized plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, ensuring readiness for discharge, demonstrating neuro assessment and airway management skills, performing procedures such as pharyngeal suctioning and ventilator care, and ensuring high standards of customer service and teamwork on the unit.
