Job Summary
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) implements accurate, safe, patient-centric anesthetic care for surgical procedures following ASA guidelines; monitors vital signs including capnography and pulse oximetry; ensures proper documentation per hospital and regulatory requirements; demonstrates professional ethics and commitment to patient care; engages in ongoing projects to advance competency; able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and move between anesthesia locations; located at Northeast Medical Group, Connecticut (New London) with flexible schedule including day/evening shifts and in-hospital call responsibilities. The role requires CRNA training completion, licensed RN and APRN in CT, AANA certification, ACLS and CT DEA registration, and credentialing through the hospital medical staff process. Relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a $60k sign-on bonus are offered. The opportunity supports professional growth within Yale New Haven Health System and Northeast Medical Group across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthesia Training Program
- Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesia
- AANA Certification
- State of CT RN and APRN License
- ACLS
- DEA Registration and State of CT Controlled Substance Registration
