Job Summary
Conduct reproductive health exams, screenings, and STI diagnoses while delivering patient education and birth control methods. Participate directly in abortion services, providing clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up to ensure timely, empathetic support. Maintain compliance with required vaccines and masks, and complete the mandatory APN Pre-Hire Skills Self-Assessment Checklist during the application process. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical engagement within Planned Parenthood's South Denver Metro health centers.
Required Qualifications
- Active NP or CNM license in the state where care will be provided (e.g., Colorado or New Mexico)
- 1+ year experience in reproductive health or prior experience with PPRM
- National certification as NP or CNM
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- COVID-19: Vaccine or mask required for patient-facing roles
- Flu: Vaccine or mask required during flu season (Oct–Apr)
- Background check required
