Job Summary
Clinical leader delivering integrated care in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and functional medicine. Conducts comprehensive consultations, develops individualized treatment plans, orders and interprets labs, performs IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, injections (GLP-1, peptides), and aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers). Maintains EMR documentation with HIPAA compliance, collaborates with Health Coaches, participates in daily huddles, and supports clinic performance goals. Stays current on medical advancements and completes required training. Strong emphasis on patient education, memberships, services, and recommended supplements, with a focus on outcomes and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
- 2+ years of experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics preferred
- Strong knowledge of functional medicine, longevity care, and patient-centered treatment planning
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills
