Advanced Practice Clinician-Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant-Jefferson Health-Center City Philadelphia

Conduct comprehensive inpatient bone marrow transplant care by performing complete history and physicals, assessing risks for medication side effects and fluid imbalances, and managing complex acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate differential diagnoses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while serving as the first responder for patient status changes. Document progress via daily notes, discharge summaries, and procedure records to ensure compliance and capture patient acuity. Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and staff to promote continuity across the inpatient and outpatient continuum.
