Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment programs, implementing and adjusting protocols for orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases. Deliver therapeutic services in the clinic or at patients' homes while educating caregivers on recovery processes. Collaborate with healthcare providers using research-driven methods to optimize outcomes and meet established productivity goals. Serve a diverse population ranging from acute sports injuries to chronic pain and postoperative rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and computer applications
- A demonstrable ability to form strong therapeutic relationships with patients
- A proactive commitment to positively connect with people and foster relationships throughout the community
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting
