Job Summary
Advanced Pharmacy Technician role in Omnicare closed-door pharmacy focusing on back-end order fulfillment, packaging, dispensing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include rotating through workstations (Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekits, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill), receiving product deliveries, pulling and staging for distribution, rotating stock, coordinating with drivers for timely shipments, performing physical inventories, and traveling to nursing facilities to perform audits and restocks on Omnicell machines. Requires pharmacy technician certification and at least one year of experience; preferred candidates may have long-term care/pharmacy/retail experience and PTCB certification. The position supports a 40-hour weekly schedule with comprehensive benefits and is located in Sanford, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
