Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care while managing airway interventions and patient physiology. Monitor patients continuously, manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain management, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing professionals throughout the surgical experience. Maintain complete clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety and clinical excellence. This full-time role offers two weekday 24-hour shifts with built-in overtime opportunities and an annual earning potential of $310,000–$570,000. Candidates must hold active CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure, reside within commuting distance of Linden, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently.

Required Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current Pennsylvania CRNA licensure or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program
  • Active NBCRNA certification
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
  • Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Linden, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous hospital or surgical center CRNA experience
  • Experience with regional anesthesia and advanced airway management
  • Comfortable managing a wide variety of surgical specialties
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications where applicable
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence
  • Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth
