Job Summary
The Medical Practitioner serves as the clinical leader in the Serotonin Centers, conducting comprehensive consultations, order/interpret labs, and deliver advanced treatments across hormone optimization, weight loss, and aesthetics. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, performing procedures (blood draws, IV/IM therapy, BHRT pellet insertions, injections), delivering aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers where applicable), educating clients on memberships and services, maintaining EMR with HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with Health Coaches to drive client outcomes and clinic performance. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, relationship-building, and familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation. License in NP/PA/Physician required; 2+ years of hormone therapy, weight loss, or aesthetics experience preferred; ongoing professional development and adherence to safety standards are expected.
