Job Summary
ANPD Graduate Engineer role focused on rapid prototyping and validation, turning early-stage concepts into functional MVPs by integrating embedded computing, hardware electronics, and software into physical prototypes. Responsibilities include defining early product architecture, developing alternative technical solutions to maturities bottlenecks, advancing low-to-mid-maturity technologies, system integration across hardware and software, and delivering high-quality engineering documentation (CAD models, vision specs, FMEA inputs, validation data). The role emphasizes agile, data-driven, cross-functional collaboration, with dedicated mentorship to develop into a multidisciplinary engineer. Background in engineering and hands-on prototyping, CAD, simulation, programming, or embedded systems are valued, along with strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Software, or Computer Engineering)
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, CAD modeling, simulation tools, programming, or embedded systems
