Job Summary
TEAM, Inc. seeks Advanced NDT Technicians to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced techniques. Responsibilities include operating advanced equipment, collecting and analyzing inspection data, and interfacing with clients. Candidates should possess advanced NDE certifications as well as a high school diploma. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
- Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team’s written practice and certification schema.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
- Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Multiple Conventional NDT Level II/III certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies.
- API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications.
- Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card (if applicable to RT).
- Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery or plant environment.
- Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to communicate effectively.
- Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to investigations.
- Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.
- Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask with effective communication skills.
