Job Summary
Broadcom Global Operations is seeking an experienced HBM Procurement and Supply Chain professional to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and capacity/supply planning for advanced memory products used in AI, data center, and high-performance computing applications. Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, developing multi-year supplier roadmaps, and proactively managing supply environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
- 8+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry experience and sourcing
- Knowledge of semiconductor / memory manufacturing processes
- Experience in managing external suppliers and customers
- Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with data driven decision making
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business
- Experience in memory companies and understanding of AI Supply Chain and Logistics constraints
- Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test)
