Job Summary
Lead new product process technology planning, equipment selection and validation, trial production organization, and establishment of process documentation including work instructions and DMRs. Drive process optimization, efficiency improvements, and root cause analysis for systematic issue resolution and quality enhancement. Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance manufacturing solutions, manage small-scale projects, and provide technical support to junior staff. Ensure stable quality, controlled output, and cost-competitive manufacturing plans while proactively identifying and mitigating process risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (engineering major preferred)
- Solid technical process knowledge and analytical ability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Cross-departmental collaboration ability
- Strong interpersonal influence and team leadership
- Ability to lead small teams or drive medium-scale process projects
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple process-related tasks or projects simultaneously
- Strong problem identification, root cause analysis, and resolution capability
- Reliable technical analysis and organizational coordination ability
- Strong logical thinking and risk management awareness
- Ability to effectively identify, prevent, and mitigate potential risks in process management
