Job Summary
Perform complex manufacturing processes and procedures to produce high-quality products while operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and instruments. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues, and participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes. Collaborate with quality control and research and development departments to ensure production targets are met, ensuring all processes adhere to quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and product specifications, and train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and independent work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required
- Must work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- 4 year science degree
