Job Summary

Lead and oversee multi-site material flow optimization initiatives and advanced manufacturing projects. Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Purchasing to align material flow with production schedules; implement slotting, Kanban, and SCM practices; design and validate flow using simulation and digital twin tools (Arena, Simio, FlexSim); drive KPIs on throughput, cycle time, and inventory accuracy; apply WMS and AMHS technologies (AGVs, conveyors) and Industry 4.0 concepts; develop SOPs, FMEA, POCs, and manufacturing readiness across NPDI programs; enable plant-to-plant transfers, capacity planning, and continuous improvement through Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies; ensure ergonomic and safety considerations in all designs; requires familiarity with ERP/MRP (Oracle, SAP) for integrated planning; travel ~10%.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations Management, or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, materials flow engineering, supply chain logistics, or lean manufacturing
