Job Summary
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Senior Associate responsible for developing and documenting process routes for medium/low-voltage switchgear manufacturing, reading electrical and product drawings, and using CAD/ProE. Drives continuous improvement with methods such as PFMEA, kaizen, and 8D; collaborates with R&D, QA, and Manufacturing; and prepares English-language work reports where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 机械制造与自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业
- 3年以上配电柜/开关柜制造或相关行业工艺经验
- 熟悉中低压配电柜结构、原理及相关电气标准
- 熟悉相关零部件及整机的装配加工工艺
- 独立编制相关工艺文件、制定工艺路线
- 能看懂电气系统图、产品结构图
- 熟练使用CAD、ProE等相关工程软件
- 具备改善意识、优化改善经验、具备精益、IE、PFMEA、kaizen、8D等相关知识
- 具备跨部门沟通能力、推动研发、质量、制造等相关过程问题的解决
- 具备一定的英语能力、能使用英语做简单的工作汇报和沟通
