Job Summary
Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with leadership in automation and Lean Six Sigma to drive manufacturing excellence at Phantom Screens. You will lead planning, organization, and control of manufacturing activities, collaborate with Product Design to ensure manufacturability, develop standardized work and automated solutions, and oversee PFMEAs/DOEs, tooling design, and new product introductions. The role requires deep expertise in automated manufacturing systems, mentoring junior engineers, and championing continuous improvement, quality, and safety across a 95,000 sq. ft. facility. Skills include SolidWorks/AutoCAD modeling, data analysis and statistical methods, and experience with lean frameworks, TPM/quality analytics, calibration programs, and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment
- Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD for advanced modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiar with MS Project, Minitab, CMMS, and ERP systems
- Lean certification and/or Six Sigma certification are highly desirable
