Job Summary
Advanced Mammography Technologist responsible for performing mammography imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment, operating mammography and other imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Education includes graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with required clinical hours; licensure may be state-dependent; ARRT (R)(M) and BLS certifications required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- completed required clinical hours
- 1 year of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program
- State licensure may be required
- ARRT (R)(M) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
