Job Summary
Lead and execute manufacturing process and equipment improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance (SQDC). Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process controls, and SOPs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues, including equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and material defects. Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and streamline production flow. Provide technical guidance and training to production operators and technicians on new processes, equipment, and best practices. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive continuous improvement activities within the production area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar production support role within an industrial setting AND 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a similar production support role within an industrial setting
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job.
