Job Summary
Conduct advanced imaging procedures including fluoroscopy and interventional radiology, assisting in diagnosing and treating patients while operating specialized equipment. Ensure patient safety and comfort during complex medical procedures, serving as a resource and superuser to assist in training. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to provide optimal care, explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns. Maintain state licensure and hold ARRT or RCIS certification with two years of relevant experience. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, and walk during shifts. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
- Completed required clinical hours
- Completion of RCIS training certification
- 2 years of relevant experience
- ARRT (R) certification
- RCIS certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- State licensure
