Job Summary
Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessments. Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms. Facilitate engaging learning experiences while coordinating training activities with internal teams and external clients. Participate in course scheduling and instructor allocation to maintain high standards of training delivery. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare discipline
- Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield, or another approved resuscitation organization
- Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluations
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants
- Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training delivery
