Job Summary
Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability. Lead a team focused on advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization initiatives. Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions while applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to eliminate waste. Build simulation and flow models to support data-driven decisions, create cost models and ROI justifications, and influence product design through DFMA and tolerance analysis. Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and KPI development. Requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and 7+ years of experience; works 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering experience
- 25% travel
