Job Summary
Advance heart failure cardiology physician role in a large community-based program. Lead and collaborate with a team of 4 physicians and 1 APP to deliver advanced heart failure therapies, manage LVADs, barostim procedures, echocardiography and other cardiac imaging, and participate in outreach clinics. Role includes a 3-year income guarantee structure ($600k to $650k) with recruitment incentive, comprehensive day-one benefits, paid malpractice with tail, and CME allowance. J1/H1B candidates encouraged to apply; opportunity to work within a renowned program serving a 1.5M tertiary service area in Iowa, with a focus on innovation in heart failure care.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE fellowship trained Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist
- board-certified or board-eligible in cardiology
- eligibility for medical licensure in Iowa
