Job Summary
Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist sought to join MercyOne Iowa Heart Center in Des Moines. Role includes management of advanced therapies (LVAD, implantable monitoring), Barostim procedure, reading echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging/testing, nuclear medicine, and collaboration with a team of 4 physicians and 1 APP. Responsibilities include 13-17 clinic patients per day, 1:4 call, and participation in outreach clinics; benefits include 403B/457B, CME allowance, paid malpractice with tail, and a three-year income guarantee ($600k in year 1, $625k in year 2, $650k in year 3).
