Advanced Heart Failure – Associate Medical Director JMG

Lead the evaluation, diagnosis, management, and ongoing care of patients with advanced heart failure at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Jackson North Medical Center. Deliver inpatient cardiology services for acute and chronic cases while conducting outpatient follow-up clinics three times per week. Provide continuous, high-quality medical care including direct patient care, consultation, and clinical decision-making, while participating in call coverage as part of the cardiology service line. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes and care transitions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice within the heart failure program.
