Job Summary

Maintain and garden the farm by manicuring, defoliating, trellising, and harvesting mature plants for transfer to the Trim department. Execute daily cultivation tasks including preparing tables, loading facilities, and ensuring accurate METRC tag scanning and logging. Support leadership in training Farm department members, organizing workspace, and adhering to state and federal compliance regulations. Clean and sanitize all areas, equipment, and materials throughout the cultivation. Report any compliance errors or safety mistakes to department leadership immediately.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work experience in a related industry or work environment
  • Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts
  • Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives
  • Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts
  • Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required
  • Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations
  • Report any improper action of compliance regulations
  • Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety
  • Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred 3 months employment with LivWell Production department to apply
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others
  • Demonstrates respectful verbal and written communication capability
  • Knowledge and background in cannabis cultivation preferred
