Job Summary
Linux Multimedia C++ Developer at HARMAN with 6-9 years of hands-on experience. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance multimedia applications on Linux using C++. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, identify and optimize performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components. Bonus points for familiarity with multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer or FFmpeg, knowledge of machine learning concepts in multimedia, and Agile development practices. The role requires working in-office five days a week at locations in India (Bangalore, Karnataka and Kalyani Platina).
Required Qualifications
- 6-9 years of C++ development on Linux platforms, with a focus on multimedia applications
- Strong proficiency in C++, Linux, and multimedia development
- Experience with technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
