Job Summary
Lead ASPICE process implementation and compliance across automotive software projects; conduct process assessments, audits, and gap analyses to ensure adherence to ASPICE standards; drive ASPICE maturity levels (L2/L3) through structured quality practices; define, deploy, and monitor quality KPIs and metrics; collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes and drive improvements; perform software quality assurance activities including reviews, audits, and process compliance checks; support release management and quality gates across the SDLC/V-model lifecycle; provide ASPICE training, coaching, and mentoring to project teams; drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement; act as a quality interface with stakeholders and OEM partners; eligible candidate should have hands-on ASPICE expertise and experience in automotive software quality management.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience in automotive software development / quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience in ASPICE processes (VDA scope)
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, CMMI, and Automotive standards
- Experience in: Process definition & deployment; Quality planning and execution; KPI tracking and reporting; Audits and assessments
- Familiarity with tools: ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Codebeamer, Polarion, etc.)
- Ability to lead initiatives and drive process excellence
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor project teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in ASPICE implementation and audits
