Job Summary
Own the marketing strategy and execution for the Advanced Energy platform in Brazil — covering the ultrasonic and advanced bipolar portfolio — with full accountability for demand creation, procedure penetration and mix performance. Translate the clinical and economic evidence base of the Advanced Energy portfolio into commercial arguments that reduce discount dependency, accelerate adoption in priority procedures and support value-based pricing in the Brazilian private market. Build the marketing foundation for the long-term positioning of Advanced Energy within the robotic surgery ecosystem, ahead of future platform integration in Brazil. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the Brazil marketing plan with procedure- and account-level growth plays, building the value argumentation framework (clinical differentiation, economic rationale, standardization for hospital networks), designing conversion campaigns for priority procedures (colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, thoracic, hepatobiliary), creating competitive tools, leading engagement with key opinion leaders and surgical societies, supporting health economics arguments for private payers and hospitals, coordinating with Training & Commercial Education for field competence, interfacing with Global Advanced Energy Marketing for localization, and monitoring regulatory/launch readiness with ANVISA."
