Job Summary

Provide structured behavioral support throughout the night for individuals exhibiting aggressive, self-injurious, or high-intensity behaviors. Implement individualized behavior support plans using verbal and physical de-escalation techniques while maintaining safety, documentation, and structure. Assist with daily living routines including hygiene, meals, and medications, and promote emotional regulation, communication, and skill-building. Use proactive and reactive tools to maintain safety and dignity for all clients. Work flexible overnight or day shifts in a stable, home-like setting with opportunities for career growth and additional training.

Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to lift 35 lbs
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
  • Clear background, drug, and driving record checks

Desired Qualifications

  • Behavioral support experience strongly preferred (training provided)
