Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years in behavioral health is preferred. This advanced position focuses on behavioral intervention and requires confidence and patience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and manage behavioral escalations
- Clean background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Openness to training in safety techniques and behavior management
