Job Summary
ADTS Senior Engineer provides subject matter expertise supporting the MAST system with a focus on hardware and software engineering activities. This role supports system engineering lifecycle efforts including analysis, troubleshooting, and verification activities associated with the ADTS test bench. The engineer collaborates with platform stakeholders to maintain integration schedules, evaluate system requirements, and ensure technical solutions align with program objectives. Responsibilities include providing engineering SME support for MAST hardware/software development, integration, and sustainment; supporting SETR processes with preparation, participation, and documentation; analyzing PTRs; developing and supporting test planning and technical reports; evaluating system requirements; coordinating with platform teams for customer integration milestones; identifying technical risks and recommending corrective actions; supporting verification/validation to meet operational and program requirements; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; maintaining engineering documentation and contributing to configuration and change management. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical or Software Engineering. Experience: minimum 10 years. Security: Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required. Starting salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an Engineering role
- Experience with Engineering SME support including SETR process, analysis & troubleshooting PTRs, overseeing test planning, CDRLS, procedures and reports
- Must work onsite 100% of the time at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland
- Must possess a Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
