Job Summary
Lead and deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions for the Deposits space, designing and building scalable data pipelines and enterprise-grade data models; translate data into actionable business recommendations and executive storytelling through Power BI dashboards; collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver scalable analytics, while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across cloud environments (Azure Synapse) and complex datasets. This hybrid role combines about 20% analytics and 80% data engineering and delivery, with an in-office expectation of 3+ days per week in Charlotte, Atlanta, or Minneapolis. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related discipline
