Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP) -House Call - Seasonal

Job Summary
Conduct concierge emergency medical care for Sollis Health patients in clinics and at home visits under attending physician supervision. Perform medical evaluations, formulate differential diagnoses, and treat urgent and emergent cases including atrial fibrillation, sepsis, and complex pediatric or geriatric conditions. Execute procedures such as IV access, fluid administration, suturing, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs while managing Covid-related cases with clinical sampling and symptom treatment. Maintain detailed clinical charting and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and the care coordination team. Ensure comprehensive transfer of responsibility for pending labs or imaging at shift end. Work full-time hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., three days a week, as a seasonal employee from October through May.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida State
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- House call, EMS/pre-hospital, concierge experience
- Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings
- Strong clinical skills
- Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration
- Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment
- Strong process and organizational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
- Be comfortable interfacing with five-star clientele
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers
- Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce and Humanity etc.
